Dry Cleaning by machine is where a special cleaning solution/solvent is used in conjunction with the cleaning machine. Dry Cleaning is 100% the safest way to clean all curtain fabrics.
Steam Cleaning is more recently called ‘Water Extraction’ and gives the deepest clean however this method is not suitable for all curtain fabrics.
Cleaning solutions will be used regardless of the method used and we will always survey the fabrics first to decide the best course of treatment.
On average 1 x pair of curtains takes approximately 1 x hour however it is dependent on the size of the curtains, the heading, type of fabric and how ‘soiled’ the curtains in question are.
1) Visit you on the date agreed.
2) Bring equipment to your house/venue.
3) Carry out the in situ Curtain Cleaning.
4) Clean, Steam and Redress the curtains so that they look beautiful!
5) Leave you with clean and fresh scented curtains.

2) Carefully take down the curtains and wrap in polythene covering to ensure the curtains are well protected.
3) Store the curtains until you are ready for them. Bring the curtains back on the date agreed, cleaned and then rehang, steam and dress so that they look stunning.
4) Leave you with clean and fresh scented curtains!

We use a combination of three methods:
(Absorbent compound/powder extraction, Bonnet Buffing, Dry foam Shampoo, Rotary Shampoo)
(Deep Clean using Hot water Extraction)
Each of these methods uses particular machinery and/or procedures.
Times vary dependent on the size, type of carpet in question and how ‘soiled’ the carpet is.
We offer stain removal and spot removal in addition to regular carpet cleaning.
This will depend on the the type of carpet in question and the cleaning techniques used on the day.
The clearer the space the better however we can work around it.
Yes however white soles are advised in order to not mark the carpets. Also care needs to be taken when travelling from wet carpet to hard flooring ie kitchen flooring.
Yes - we are Fully Insured and treat all carpets and rugs with the utmost care and respect including the venues worked in.
We clean all types of blinds including; Pleated blinds, Roller blinds, Venetian blinds, Vertical blinds. Roman blinds are cleaned in the same way as curtains are cleaned.
Blinds are cleaned in our ultrasonics tank as this is the best method for cleaning blinds.
We aim to return and rehang your blinds as quickly as possible - ideally collect/take down on Friday and return/rehang on Monday.
Ultrasonics is the safest way of cleaning blinds. The method is called cavitation which is where millions of incredibly small bubbles once in contact with the blinds release any dirt or grime.
